If you find the service offered by this website to be unsatisfactory then you can get a full refund, providing the call made was in the last 60 days and you have evidence of the call on your phone bill.

Refunds will be made at the standard rate of 7p per minute and will be processed via email. Please contact refunds with details of your call & include the following:

– Your name and telephone number
– Your Address
– A copy of the call entry on your phone bill
– The time and date of the call
– The number you dialled

All refunds will be made by cheque in the name of the telephone bill account holder and will be processed within 14 days of you making a claim.
